Verification Call: To ensure a successful delivery, every order is verified via a phone call from our Lahore office. Orders will only be processed and dispatched after verbal confirmation.
Cut-off Time: Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same working day. Orders confirmed after this time will be dispatched the next business day.
Operating Hours: We process orders Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the following working day.
We strive for speed. Our estimated delivery times are:
Lahore: 24 to 48 hours.
Major Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 to 4 working days.
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 6 working days.

Standard Delivery: We charge a flat rate of Rs. 250 for orders nationwide.
Free Delivery: Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders above Rs. 4,999.
Cash on Delivery (CoD) Fee: A nominal handling fee may apply to certain CoD orders; this will be clearly shown at checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and Email containing your unique Tracking ID and a link to the courier’s portal. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time.
Open Parcel Policy: Per courier industry standards in Pakistan, riders are generally not allowed to let customers open the parcel before payment for CoD orders. However, your purchase is fully protected by our 7-Day Check Warranty.
Unboxing Video: For your safety, we strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video of your parcel. This is mandatory for claiming any warranty regarding physical damage during transit.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and a valid phone number is provided. Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts before returning the parcel to our Lahore hub.
In compliance with the Pakistan Finance Bill 2025-26, a standard sales tax may be integrated into your gross order value. There are no hidden charges at the door; you only pay the amount mentioned on your invoice
