Order Confirmation: All orders placed on the website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the item is out of stock or if there is an error in pricing.
Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price will remain fixed for that transaction.
Cash on Delivery (CoD): For CoD orders, GadChunk reserves the right to call the customer for verbal confirmation. Orders will not be processed until they are verified via phone.
Timeline: We aim to deliver within 24–48 hours in Lahore and 3–5 working days nationwide.
Inspection: Customers are advised to check the package for any signs of tampering before accepting it from the courier.
Shipping Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered is faulty or incorrect.
To ensure a smooth experience, we follow a strict 7-Day Check Warranty policy:
Unboxing Video Requirement: To claim a return or refund for "Damaged on Arrival" or "Wrong Item," the customer MUST provide a continuous unboxing video of the parcel.
Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories (manuals, cables, etc.).
Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or refunds for a "change of mind" once the product has been opened or used.
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item at our Lahore office.
GadChunk.com provides tech gadgets "as is." While we ensure high quality, we are not liable for any indirect or accidental damage caused by the misuse of products (e.g., using an incorrect charger for a smartwatch).
Users are prohibited from using this website to post fraudulent information, infringe on our intellectual property (including our logo and design), or attempt to bypass our security systems.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Lahore.
