At GadChunk, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your tech. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we offer a 7-Day Check Warranty on most of our products.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • Defective Product: The item has a manufacturing fault or is "Dead on Arrival" (DOA).

  • Damaged in Transit: The item arrived physically broken or damaged.

  • Incorrect Item: You received a different model, color, or specification than what you ordered.

  • Incomplete Package: Parts or accessories mentioned in the box are missing.

2. The "Unboxing Video" Requirement (Crucial)

To protect both the buyer and the seller from transit-related disputes, a continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all claims regarding physical damage or missing items.

  • The video must show the unopened flyer/parcel with the shipping label clearly visible.

  • The video must be recorded in one take (no cuts/edits) until the product is out and inspected.

  • Without this video, GadChunk reserves the right to reject claims for physical damage.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, scratched, or altered.

  • "Change of mind" once the product seal has been broken.

  • Products missing their original packaging, manuals, or warranty cards.

  • Items purchased during "Final Clearance" or "Flash Sales" (unless defective).

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Message us on WhatsApp (+92 313 3312222) or email support@gadchunk.com with your Order ID.

  2. Submit Evidence: Send your unboxing video and clear photos of the defect.

  3. Ship It Back: Once approved, send the item back to our Lahore office (Dogar Building, Main Outfall Road).

    • Note: Customer covers return shipping unless the item was faulty/wrong.

5. Refund & Exchange Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive the item, our technical team in Lahore will inspect it within 48 hours.

  • Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be sent via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.

  • Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days after the inspection is complete.

  • Store Credit: You may also choose to receive a voucher for your next purchase instead of a cash refund.
